Customer Service, Ethics/Values, and Organizational Culture Building - Principals, Directors, Senior Managers and Managers
Peter conducted his professional ethics course as part of the Baker Newman Noyes
professional development program. His engaging and interactive approach used activities and real-life examples to reinforce the
importance of our code of ethics and core values as they apply to our everyday practice and to our profession. Everyone from new staff
to very experienced principals participated in identifying and discussing the most important values needed each day for interaction
amongst ourselves and with our clients. It was a very powerful and useful course.

Strategic Planning - Board and Senior Management
Peter has facilitated the strategic planning session for our Board for 5 years. He brings
an objective spirit to the table, endeavors to give everyone an equal voice, summarizes key topic points, challenges us as appropriate,
and promptly provides a written summary following each planning session. I especially appreciate the fact that unlike some
facilitators that bring a canned approach to the table, each year Peter tailors his approach to meet our specific needs. As a
result, we have been able to successfully accomplish our planning session objectives each year which in turn helped us to develop a
high quality strategic plan for implementation by our employee team.
- Don Stevens, Chief Administrative Officer St. Marys Bank
Organizational Culture Building and Strategic Planning - All Staff
Peter facilitated our staff retreat with remarkable results. Our staff had been disjointed,
lacking a shared goal and common commitment. With Peters integration of culture building and strategic planning, we were able to
accomplish all of our goals and develop a realistic, achievable action plan. Peter constantly challenged us in our goal setting and
gave us the necessary tools to establish an environment where we could responsibly communicate our differences while moving our agenda
forward in a mutually supportive manner. We are off to a great start to a new and renewed us!

relative to ethics/values, culture building and facilitating strategic planning. His sessions are always comfortably paced, lively,
very interactive, and he is well steeped with our assessment tool - Standards of Organizational Effectiveness (SOEs).

Ethics/Values and Organizational Culture Building - Senior Management and All Staff
Our entire firm recently participated in Peter Cooke’s Ethics & Leadership for Attorneys
seminar. It was a different type of seminar as it really made us think about ethics relative to how we work with one another in the
workplace, as well as how we work with outside stakeholders such as clients, other attorneys, judges, and our partnerships/alliances.
Peter’s method included a brief homework assignment (we had to bring a legal ethical dilemma to the seminar), small and large group
discussions about how to analyze and resolve these ethical dilemmas, the importance of moral courage, and how we should institutionalize
our new code of ethics and decision-making tools in our workplace culture. The bottom line is that we now have a better, more
intentional values-based culture which should relate directly to the bottom line.

Ethics/Values, Team Leadership, Culture Building - International Senior Management
Over the last four years Peter has worked with QLF's international exchange participants
in the areas of values-led leadership, decision-making, and organizational culture-building. These individuals, who include senior
managers of conservation organizations and community leaders, come from countries of Latin America, the Middle East, Central Europe and
the Balkans. With the help of Peter's dedicated and inspirational work, our exchange participants are able to make the most of their
QLF exchange experience in New England and return home to become more effective leaders in galvanizing their agencies and communities to
champion community initiatives regarding the environment. Peter's programs always include a good mix of thought-provoking indoor and
outdoor activities.

Customer Service, Ethics/Values, and Organizational Culture Building - Management Team
Peter Cooke and Paul Donehue co-delivered Creating a Culture of Values & Excellence in
Customer Service to our management team. With their help, we discovered a values-consistent and brand-consistent approach to strengthening
relationships with our internal and external customers. As a result of this training, our employees have a renewed sense of purpose,
and our residents and their families feel more valued and appreciated. These outcomes have been the result of identifying our shared
ethical values, converting these values into desired actions & behaviors, uncovering the function and real purpose behind our main "touch
points" with internal and external customers, and proactively using proven communication strategies in difficult situations. In short, we
feel this programming has definitely given us added alignment in our values, customer service, and culture.
